Lake Region ThermalScan is a proud partner of Home Performance with Energy Star offered by you local utility. This is a "fuel neutral" program which can provide up to $4,000.00 towards a basic energy audit and energy retrofit work for qualified homes. There is a 25% client co-pay for most measures provided under this program. Our services are no cost to you and paid for by the program.
As your representative under this program, we will conduct the basic energy audit, specify the work to be accomplished in accordance with program guidelines, coordinate work approval with your utility, assign an approved contractor to the job. Lakes Region ThermalScan with be your contract coordinator providing overall project management. We will ensure the appropriate work is accomplished by the relevant contractors and we will conduct additional quality assurance inspections.
If you choose Lakes Region ThermalScan as your representative for this program, you will also receive significant discounts towards additional services that we offer or if you wish to upgrade the audit portion to a higher level audit associated with our Level I, II, and III audits.The basic energy audit provided by this program does not provide the infrared imaging or the software modeling as does our higher level audits.
This program is easy to apply and has a fairly low threshold for qualification.Best of all you can have Lakes Region ThermalScan as your representative with discounted access to our higher level diagnostic testing, inspections, and thermal imaging.
