Brownian Heating Technology is at the forefront of energy efficient Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technology, and a leader in this field. Brownian understands that to achieve maximum energy savings the building shell should first be evaluated and detailed calculations must be made in order to appropriately size any heating, cooling or ventilation system to the structure. With improvements made to the thermal boundary and air barrier a smaller system appropriately sized to the building can then be installed. Heating and cooling systems that are too large for the structure not only cost more to purchase and install but will operate inefficiently not achieve their rated efficiencies.
Brownian Heating Technology will provide our clients, who purchase a new heating system from them, up to $500 off the price they paid for our Level III energy audit. In addition Lakes Region ThermalScan will assist you in obtaining additional rebates from your local utility for the installation of a high efficiency (and appropriately sized) system.
